-You may only win once in 30 days.

-Owners and Employees of Garrison City Broadcasting and their immediate families (which includes spouses, children, parents, siblings and all of their immediate families) or participating sponsors or agencies and competing media are not eligible to win.

-The winner must present positive photo I.D. to collect any prize.

-All related taxes are the responsibility the winner with a 1099 being sent to the winners at the end of the year.

-Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited 14 days after the winning date unless otherwise specified.

-All winners acknowledge that Garrison City Broadcasting

shall retain the right to publish and/or broadcast their name, likeness, voice and participation in any given contest.

-No purchase is ever necessary to win.

-Prize winner assumes all responsibilities for the prize once accepted.
